What we collect when you request a quote, configure a lift or use your client portal — how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect what you type into our forms — your name, contact details, project details and the configuration you built — so a real person can follow up with a quote. If you give us your mobile number we may text you about scheduled and requested jobs, your account, and promotions; reply STOP any time. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. We never take card numbers on this site: payments go straight to our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context advertising, and we never share your mobile number with anyone for their marketing. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how LIFTED (“LIFTED,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information. It covers liftedspace.com and its subpages (the “Site”), our online planning tools, our client portal, and the sales, installation, service and vehicle storage relationships that begin there.
LIFTED is a Las Vegas dealer and installer of automotive lift equipment and a provider of white-glove vehicle storage, located at 6955 S. Jones Blvd. Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89118. For the purposes of privacy laws that use the term, we are the business or controller responsible for the information described here.
This policy does not apply to third-party sites we link to, or to information you give a manufacturer, lender or other company directly. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Service.
Most of what we hold is information you deliberately give us. Depending on what you do, that includes:
| When you… | We collect |
|---|---|
| Request a quote or send a message (contact page, quick-quote pop-up) | Name, email address, phone number, property address, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message |
| Submit an order request from a product page | Name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, city, state, ZIP), the lift and options you configured, the estimated total, and your notes |
| Use the garage designer, commercial builder or configurator | Your garage dimensions, layout choices, vehicles and equipment selections — and your contact details if you choose to save or send a design |
| Book an appointment, site evaluation or inspection | Scheduling details, site address, vehicle information, and access instructions you provide |
| Become a customer | Billing and shipping details, quotes and signed agreements, invoices and payment history, service and warranty records, and correspondence with our team |
| Store a vehicle with us | Vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN, plate, condition notes), your storage agreement, insurance information, authorized contacts, and access and pull-out requests |
| Use the client portal | Your login email and a securely hashed password, plus your activity in the portal |
| Apply for a job or contact us as a vendor | Whatever you send us — typically a résumé, work history and contact details |
Please share only what is needed. Don't send us Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or health information through the Site's forms or by email.
Like most websites, ours records some technical information automatically when you visit:
We use Google Analytics for this. It is set to collect usage measurements, not to build advertising audiences, and we have not enabled Google advertising features or ad remarketing on this site.
Occasionally we receive information about you from outside the Site:
We use personal information to:
We do not use your information to make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
We do not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade our customer or lead lists, and we have not done either in the preceding twelve (12) months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
This applies to your mobile number without exception: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. See Section 11.
Some privacy laws define “sale” and “share” broadly enough to capture certain analytics cookies. If you would rather we did not use analytics at all, you can opt out using any of the methods in our Cookies Policy, or email us at info@liftedspace.com.
You cannot pay for a lift on this website. Product pages send us an order request; a representative then contacts you to finalize the price and arrange payment separately.
When you do pay us — a deposit, an invoice or recurring storage billing — the payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. Your full card number, CVV and bank account details go to the processor, not to us. Our systems retain only limited records: the card brand, the last four digits, the amount, the date, a transaction reference and whether the payment succeeded.
The processor handles your payment details under its own privacy policy and its PCI DSS obligations. We will tell you which processor is being used at the time you pay.
Storage customers get a client portal account containing invoices, contracts, vehicle records, service history and camera views of storage areas.
Passwords. Portal passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. We cannot see or recover your password; if you lose it, we reset it.
Cameras. Our facilities use video cameras for operations, safety and loss prevention. Camera views made available in the portal are limited to the areas connected to your account. Footage is retained for a limited period on a rolling basis and then automatically overwritten, and it may be reviewed by authorized staff, provided to law enforcement or insurers in connection with an incident, or preserved when we are legally required to preserve it. As explained in our Terms of Service, camera access is a convenience, not a monitored security service.
Access. Only staff who need portal or facility data for their role can reach it, and access follows an account when it is closed or transferred.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you. This section explains exactly what we use that number for, how you consent, and how you stop the messages.
We use your mobile number for three kinds of messages:
You consent to receive texts at the number you give us when you submit a form on our site, give your number to a representative, sign an agreement listing your mobile number, or text us first. Where a form or agreement offers a separate checkbox for promotional texts, we send marketing messages only if you check it.
Consenting to promotional texts is never a condition of buying anything from us, and we do not require it to give you a quote, complete an order, perform work or store your vehicle.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (702) 658-1323 or email info@liftedspace.com and ask us to stop texting you. We will confirm your opt-out, and it takes effect right away.
Opting out of promotional texts does not stop the job and account messages above, which are part of servicing your order or account. If you want those to stop too, tell us and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies with your account activity and any promotions running. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The only parties who ever touch your number for texting are the messaging providers that deliver our messages for us, and they may use it only to send those messages on our behalf — never for their own marketing, and never to sell to anyone else.
You are always in control of how we contact you:
Consenting to marketing is never a condition of buying anything from us. Even after you opt out of marketing, we will still send transactional messages you need — order confirmations, scheduling and delivery updates, invoices and receipts, safety or recall notices, and messages about an active storage account.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for any period required by law. In practice:
| Information | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Quote and order requests that never become customers | Up to 3 years from last contact |
| Customer records, quotes, invoices and payment history | At least 7 years after the relationship ends, for tax and accounting |
| Installation, service, inspection and warranty records | The life of the equipment plus the applicable claim period |
| Storage agreements and vehicle records | 7 years after the storage account closes |
| Client portal accounts | While active; closed accounts are deactivated and then purged |
| Facility camera footage | A limited rolling window, then automatically overwritten |
| Web server logs | Generally under 12 months |
| Google Analytics data | Per our configured retention in Google Analytics, up to 14 months |
We may keep information longer where we need it for an open dispute, claim, investigation or legal hold. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site, hashed passwords, role-based access limited to staff who need it, keeping payment card data off our systems, and physical security at our facility.
No website, database or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your side too: use a strong, unique password for your portal account, don't share it, and tell us right away at info@liftedspace.com if you think your account has been compromised. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Nevada law and any other applicable law.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
How to make a request. Email info@liftedspace.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (702) 658-1323, or write to us at the address in Section 21. Tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough detail to find your records.
What happens next. We will verify your identity before acting — usually by confirming details already in your record — and respond within 45 days, extending once by another 45 days if the request is complex, in which case we will tell you. There is no charge unless a request is excessive or repetitive. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission and verification. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Some information we must keep — for example completed transactions needed for tax, warranty, safety or legal purposes — and we will explain if that applies to a deletion request.
Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) lets Nevada consumers direct a website operator not to sell certain “covered information” — including your name, address, email address, phone number and identifiers that let someone contact you.
As explained in Section 8, we do not sell covered information, and we have no plans to. You may still submit a verified opt-out request by emailing info@liftedspace.com with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out Request,” including your name, the email address and phone number you have used with us, and a statement that you are a Nevada resident. We will respond within 60 days, extending by up to 30 days where reasonably necessary.
Nevada consumers are also protected by NRS Chapter 603A's data security and breach notification requirements, which we follow.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you additional rights. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed below.
| CCPA category | Examples we collect | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, postal address, email, phone number, IP address, portal account ID | You; automatically |
| Customer records (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80) | Signature, address, telephone number, limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits | You; our payment processor |
| Commercial information | Products considered and purchased, configurations, quotes, orders, invoices, payment and service history | You; our records |
| Internet or network activity | Pages viewed, clicks, referring site, session data | Automatically, via analytics |
| Geolocation data | Approximate city or region from IP address; the service address you give us | Automatically; you |
| Audio, electronic or visual information | Facility camera footage; call and message records | Our facilities and systems |
| Professional or employment information | Company name and role for business customers; résumé details if you apply for a job | You |
| Inferences | Product interests and preferences drawn from your requests | Derived from the above |
We collect these for the business purposes in Section 6, disclose them for business purposes to the recipients in Section 7, and keep them for the periods in Section 13. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
California residents may request to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and may opt out of sale or sharing — though we do neither. Use the methods in Section 15. California residents may also request information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing under the “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83); we do not make such disclosures.
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our products and services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@liftedspace.com and we will delete it promptly.
Separately, and importantly: automotive lifts are not safe around children. See the safety section of our Terms of Service.
The Site links to and embeds services operated by other companies — including Google Maps, Google Analytics, hosted fonts and icon libraries, our payment processor, manufacturer websites, and augmented-reality viewers built into your device. When you interact with them, they may collect information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Our Cookies Policy identifies these services and links to their privacy documentation. We encourage you to read the policy of any site you visit from ours.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, technology or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice — for example a notice on the Site or an email to customers.
Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
